I first delved into real estate when in 1992, when my then boss encouraged me to buy my first home. I knew nothing, but I listened and shortly thereafter purchased my first home in Denver’s Highlands neighborhood. It was a cute Victorian build in 1890 that needed some work. I had plans drawn up, hired various contractors, dealt with the expense and compactions with various contractors. Yes, it was stressful, but I learned a ton, and seeing the end result was so satisfying. I loved it. 

Since then I have had a continued passion for real estate. I have always had a knack for seeing the potential in mildly distressed properties and have found great satisfaction at seeing the results of my labors. Since that 1st purchase in 1992, I have bought and transformed several other homes. With a lot of vision and sweat equity, it has been a rewarding journey.

I am also a Licensed acupuncturist with a private practice in Boulder, CO. Each profession is so vastly different, and each represent different sides of me. I truly enjoy both.
